CERTIFIED LAY MINISTER ONLINE COURSES
The Center for Small Membership Churches, a joint program of the Kansas West and East Annual Conferences and Kansas Wesleyan University, has developed 7 Certified Lay Minister Courses online, 3 continuing education classes to help pastors and churches develop the One Room SS, Stewardship in the SMC, and Preaching a Sermon Series, and 4 CLM web/classroom based classes for CLM's.  Highly recommended by Bishop Scott Jones of the Kansas Area.

Methodist Theological School in Ohio, offers an annual Harding Scholarship CompetitionThe winning student receives full tuition plus a $10,000 stipend for 3 years. The competition is open to students with a 3.6 or higher gpa. In addition, all degree programs and all denominations are welcome to apply.  Applications are due by February 1, 2011.  Several other scholarships are also offered.  The school offers 5 degree programs and 3 certificate programs.  The community near Columbus, Ohio, hosts 240 students;  enrollment welcomed in both Spring and Fall.   or visit  Methesco on Facebook for more information!
