Charge Conference Forms & Other Documents

LOCAL CHURCH CURRENT CHARGE CONFERENCE FORMS

 Each local church is required to file the following forms at their Annual Charge Conference.

  • Go to the General Council on Finance and Administration website, where you can find the latest required PDF formatted Charge Conference forms which are required in the NM Annual Conference.  These must be downloaded and printed for use:

          Minutes of the Charge Conference
          Report of the Pastor
          Report of the Trustees
          Report of the Finance Committee
          Fund Balance Report
