Shared Ministries
Shared Ministries are the share that each annual conference and local church pays to support international, national, and regional mission.
How Shared Ministries are Calculated
Each church’s share of the conference budget is based on what the church spends on itself for salaries, programs and operations. Information is gathered every year with an end of year statistical report.
Your church’s fair share of the conference budget items is determined by dividing the average amount spent by your church over the last 3 years by the amount spent by all churches in the conference.
All churches in the conference are apportioned in the same way regardless of their membership or attendance.
