Disaster Response Program
The New Mexico Annual Conference endeavors to be responsive to Disaster relief needs of its local churches and communities, as well as those suffering from a national or international disaster event. When disasters occur, information will be dispersed as to the most efficient and compassionate ways that we can respond.
UMCOR is assessing needs caused by Hurricane Irene. They are also
in touch with annual conference disaster response personnel in areas that have been affected.
As soon as the needs are more specific, we will post them for you.
Meanwhile, your monetary gift to UMCOR for Hurricanes 2011 is the surest and
most expedient way to help out.
Give thru your church and conference treasurer(s); notate your check with
Advance #901670 Hurricanes 2011 or give online
