Spiritual Practices for Intentional Leadership Tracks
• Spiritual leadership formation is the process of developing leaders who are guided by spiritual principles, practices and a deep sense of purpose.
• A spiritually formed leader seeks to inspire and empower those they lead, fostering a culture of growth and shared vision.
• Spiritual leaders often prioritize self-awareness, continuous learning and deep relationship with God.
• Spiritual practices are vital in strengthening Wesleyan leadership by fostering personal transformation, deepening faith and aligning leadership with the mission of God.
Track I of Spiritual Practices is designed for all Laity to grow in relationship with Christ through inclusive and enriching classes.
Track II, coming in 2026, will be designed for Clergy to engage in Spiritual Practices.
Classes are Mondays, 6-7:00 pm MT, by Zoom.
* Attendance at all classes will be for Advanced Lay Servant credit
