Hoopla & Hallelujah - 6:00 pm at St Mark’s-El Paso. For folks driving in on Wednesday and locals who want an early start of the festivities, this is an opportunity to do some pre-conference visiting, eat some delicious BBQ from Hallelujah BBQ (an El Paso ministry staffed by people in recovery), and play some games.
