Annual Conference attendees will be familiar with the concept of Pruning for Clarity that Bishop Carlo introduced in his sermon and Rev. Dr. Blair Thompson helped us unpack in our table conversations. Given the time allowed, we barely touched the surface.

In the July Big Band, Bishop Carlo will be “pinch-hitting” (his terminology) for Ross, who is on renewal leave. Our special guest will be Blair. The plan is to revisit the concept for those who weren’t able to be at annual conference and then delve further into what Pruning for Clarity might mean for churches and people. Hopefully, annual conference attendees have had time to chew on it and interpret what Pruning for Clarity means in their context.
