This training is designed for anyone involved in leading ministries in local churches and community settings.  The workshop will  provide continuing education credit needed by Certified Lay Ministers.
In this workshop you will:
-learn some of the basic building blocks of coaching;
-participate in group coaching;
-discover how you can begin immediately to use a coach approach to ministry.
